MARTIN VOWS TO MAKE ALBUM 'BEST'
CHRIS MARTIN vowed to make COLDPLAY's next record "the best album of all time" after surviving a near plane crash in Africa.
The singer escaped unscathed after the pilot carrying him into Ghana's Tamale Airport successfully negotiated a dangerous dust storm during his trip to the country with the MAKE TRADE FAIR charity earlier this month (JAN05). And the frightening experience gave him the added incentive to make his band's upcoming release extra special.
He says, "As we came so close to crashing I promised that when I got home I was going to make the best album of all time."
