I love the distinction of the two groups. There's drunks who are homeless, and homeless people who happened to be drunk when they froze to death. Now the drunks with a home to go to at the end of the night, they're okay, but it's the ones who perish somewhere between pubski and homesky that bump up the figures. Shoulda ordered a taxski.
